Cruisn' Downtown - Elm Street - Labor Day Weekend

There is a huge car show on Elm Street here in Manchester, NH. They blocked off Elm Street from Bridge Street to (I think) Granite Street. Anyways, I went to this car show last year and this time around there was so many more cars than last year. Thousands of cars! It was great. Vendors were set up selling t-shirts, to food, to benefits raising money.....all kinds of entertainment. Of course, I took a ton of pictures to show you.....and Jake went too....glad we went in the morning because it was sure getting hotter as noon approached.............

Mack's Apple Car Show

Okay, another car show checked off the list. Hi There! We are getting our car show event  information from this CruisnTimes website. You can see where all the classic car shows are going to be around where I live.....

Today was a quiet day for me. Nothing too exciting, but still squeezed in my daily Walmart stop. And I still didn't spend a penny today. Not too many days like those, usually I lose a dollar or two a day from either the McDonald's Ice Tea or something from Walmart I just gotta have......never know what for.....but I end up buying something when I'm there.....but not today.......today, all my money stayed in my pocket for once. LOL! Okay, I'm sure you are done with me yapping, let's get to the car show pictures! :)

So, that was my day! Quiet and typical. I don't have a whole lot on my mind tonight, so I think I'll end this posting with a history lesson. I am a traveler, so I'll leave you with this: On this date 1932 Amelia Earhart became the first woman to fly across the U.S. non-stop. The trip from Los Angeles, CA to Newark, NJ, took about 19 hours.
